Update: 101 in 1001

Haven't updated this in awhile...again I'm surprised that I've actually completed a few more items on this list without realizing it! Not too shabby! :)

38. Go to the Korean Naked Women Day Spa (October 2009 AND November 2009)

This topic actually deserves its own blog post entirely. Seriously. Let's just say when you climb around elderly naked Korean women, get all your lovely "bits" harshly exfoliated by Wanda, wade around in multiples of varying temperatures with a slew of other random naked women...and you not only like it, but choose to return on your birthday, you know you're a special breed. A very special breed.

75. Get Photoshop for Mac (December 2009)
Bold
Christmas Present Success! Best, supportive-of-time-consuming-hobbies, hubby! Thanks Jonathan!!! Now you'll really have to pry me away from la computadora......

84. Lead 2 events in 2009 for the United Way Campaign at work
(October/November 2009)

The company where I work supports United Way as one of its corporately sponsored non-profits each year. For the past few years I've chaired at least one, if not more, fundraising projects for United Way. I was worried I wouldn't have the time to do it this year, but I found the time and am really happy about it. The first was Joeseppi's Restaurant Takeover, which raised $1580. This was especially fun because Rachelle and I got to lead this together! :) The second was Jeans Day (where folks pay to wear jeans to work on Wednesdays), which raised $1202. A small dent in the funds that United Way needs to support our community, but I hope all those small dents will add up to really help those in our community who utilize the programs supported by United Way.

P.S. Did you know that in-flight internet exists now??? I'm updating this blog from many thousands of feet in the air right now!!! So cool!
