So Wrong x3

Three levels of "wrongness" happened today. I'll list them in the order of wrongness - from least wrong to ultimately wrong.

Wrong x1

This was more right than wrong. So I got to talk to Brianne on the phone today for the first time in a long while. She is a persistent caller and I'm the bad person who had a hard time returning phone calls. My confession is that sometimes I don't call people because it's been so long since I've talked to them, that I know it'll take 3 hours to even get caught up on life. And I can barely handle 3 minute phone calls, let alone 3 hour phone calls. So when I did get to talk to Bri today, I knew she was trying to end the call with her 9 month old daughter begging for her attention in the background. But I felt there was too much to catch up on, so I just kept talking. I was that person who makes phone calls challenging because I wouldn't stop talking. And that is wrong. But on the lowest level of wrong!

Wrong x2

I have never been to The Melting Pot; in fact, I've never even had fondue. According to Jamie, The Melting Pot is totally over-rated and over-priced. But I want to go anyway. Really, I think I'd be 100% pleased if I could just go for dessert - my guess is that I'd have the option of dipping brownies into melted chocolate - ahhhhhh. Jonathan's work is having their holiday party at The Melting Pot at this very moment. My one chance for chocolate-dipped-brownie-fondue-experience has been dashed by my cruel lover, BED REST. Wrong. But not the wrongest.

Wrong x3

I've had only two little dry-heave/gag sessions since becoming pregnant. I am so happy to say that I have not actually puked a single time during pregnancy. I'm just not a puker, and for that I am thankful. Ollie is known to be a puker every now and then. And tonight was one of those times. I have to admit that I have left small puke piles for Jonathan to clean up since being on bed rest. I mean, I just couldn't put our dear child's life on the line to stand up long enough to clean up puke. However, I thought I'd be kind and be the cleaner-upper tonight. However, halfway through, I let it get to me and I puked. Straight into the trash can, thankfully. That is wrong enough. But let me tell you something wronger...the huge bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats that I had just finished eating tasted way better on the way in, than on the way out of my mouth. And nose. WRONG! WRONG!

So let's all celebrate my first pregnancy vomit session and my first non-red-colored vomit of my life!

Jonathan and Rachelle are well-versed in this topic, but in case you aren't, here is a visual diorama of my red-puke history.

1. You did no such thing. Gracie was fine. She needs to play on her own more often. I was thinking about how YOU needed to get off the phone!
2. I haven't had the melting pot, either. Donnie has, and he doesn't like it. He LOVES cheese and chocolate.
3. That, my friend, is just ick. RED puke? I am feeling very sorry for you. I am a mini-wheats fan as well. My friend told me about a Kashi cereal called Cinnamon Harvest. Very good, and more fiber. Also their Autumn Wheat is delicious, esp with some kind of fruit.

Sorry to hear about you getting sick the other night, but on a more appealing note... I could bring over my fondue pot on Sunday and fill it with chocolate?
